Supermono

We are continuing to develop a range of transmission parts for the 4 stroke motorcross engines being converted for use in supermono racing. Close ratio road race style 5 speed gear clusters have been produced for the CRF450 and YZF450 engines. Higher ratio primary gears for the CRF engine are now available.
A 6 speed gearbox for the CRF450 has successfully completed its first meeting, being placed 6th and 4th in the British Supermono Championship rounds at the Snetterton race track on 11th and 12th April.

Suzuki GSXR1000 dry sump
Car version
Designed for car racing use, saves 50mm (2") on overall height of the engine with standard wet sump.
The twin chamber gear pump is designed to replace the standard engine driven water pump. Water is then circulated by a separate electric pump, of which there are several proprietary ones available.
The billet sump is machined to provide two oil take off's to the suction pump plus oil return feed from the remote tank (not supplied). A connector supplied delivers oil from the sump inlet to the standard engine oil pump.
All components are anodised gold.
